Calling all artists!

Join us for an inspiring long weekend of art, community, and creativity in the heart of regional Victoria.

The Daylesford Rotary Art Show 2025 returns; hundreds of artworks will be displayed, from professional artists to talented local students.

It’s a celebration of regional art at its best. We invite you to enter your recent works and be part of this much-loved community event. Your participation helps support the local arts scene and contributes to Rotary’s community projects.

Entry is now open and closes on Tuesday, 5 October 2025, 5 p.m.

• Adult artists may enter up to three recent paintings. Entry fee is $25.

• Secondary school students may enter one artwork for $25.

• Primary school students may enter one drawing for $10.This year, it pays to enter early.

Early entries will be promoted online and at the event.

Awards will be presented at the Opening Night on Thursday, 30 October, 6 to 8.30 pm:

• That Bargain Place Best in Show Award: $2500

• The Allan Wolf-Tasker Memorial Central Victorian Landscape Award

• Carol White Portrait and Nude Award: $2000

• Community Bank Daylesford District Landscape Award: $2000

• Springs Medical Still Life Award: $500 Springs Medical

• Springs Medical Abstract Award: $500 Springs Medical

• Daylesford Meat Company​ Animalia Award: $500

• Blooms the Chemist $500 Secondary School Best in Show awards 

OR if a close call, $300 1st Prize. $200 2nd Prize

• Daylesford Trading Co. Primary school award. Four winning drawings will be displayed on the feature wall. 4 X $40 vouchers to win

• Exhibition Dates and Times:

• Thursday 30 October – Opening Night – 6.00 pm to 8.30 pm (Tickets $35, free for artists and sponsors)Friday 31 October – 10.00 am to 5.00 pm – Free entry

• Saturday 1 November – 10.00 am to 5.00 pm – Free entry

• Sunday 2 November – 10.00 am to 5.00 pm – Free entryMonday 3 November – 10.00 am to 5.00 pm – Free entry

• Tuesday 4 November (Melbourne Cup Day) – 10.00 am to 2.00 pm – Free entry.

• Venue: Stanbridge Hall, 54 Central Springs Road, Daylesford, VIC 3460.

• Delivery of Artwork: Sunday 26 October: 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm, Monday 27 October, 10 am - 6 pm

• Collection of Unsold Artwork: Tuesday 4 November – 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm

• Sales Information: EFTPOS, credit card, and cash payment facilities will be available for artwork purchases. All exhibiting artists receive free entry to the Opening Night and are warmly invited to attend.
